Novel Design at Dublin Port Project
Dublin Port commissioned the construction of a new ‘roll-on / roll-off’ ramp, jetty & bank seat at their facility at the heart of the Liffey River.
DRA acted as the lead Civil Engineers for the design of this Dublin Port project. The works included new piled retaining walls & a bank seat which were constructed to our engineering design & specifications. Given site constraints, we developed a novel method of restraining the retaining walls, a solution which was featured in the Geo-Drilling International Publication.
