Housing Project in Terenure, Dublin
This project consisted of the construction of a new housing estate comprising of 5 nr. 2-storey dwelling units, 2 duplex units and associated site development works.
The building structures are of load bearing masonry construction with suspended concrete floors at first floor and timber construction roofs.
DRA Consulting Engineers provided full Civil & Structural Engineering Services including design & supervision of drainage works, pavement works, watermains and the structural elements of the housing units. Ancillary Certification in Accordance with the Building Control (Amended) Regulations was provided upon completion.
